取消/退費Cancellation/refunds:出發日前 7 日前 (不含出發日) 通知取消,全額退回款項, 。出發日前 6 日至前 4 日內 (不含出發日) 通知取消,將退回已付金額的 50%。出發日前 3 日至當日內不接受取消,並不予退回款項。於活動中如因非可究責主辦單位之因素中止參與活動,將不予退回款項。建議您出發日前 6 日內如須取消,可將名額轉讓。但請務必告知 我們,代理參與者的姓名及聯絡資訊。如因天災等不可抗力因素,我們 將主動聯繫延期或退款。: If you need to cancel your class 7 days before the date you have booked, we will refund your class fee minus a 5% charge to cover charges imposed by Credit Card company. For late cancellation 4-6 days before the date you have booked we refund 50% class fee. 3 days before the date you have booked 100% is charged and non refundable. In case of natural disaster we will refund 100% class fee or porspone to later date.
改期/變更Changes/refunds:: 出發日前 6 日至前 4 日內 (不含出發日) 可更改日期。但更改僅限一次。如更改後產生差價,費用多退少補。經改期後的活動恕不接受取消。出發日前 3 日至當日內不接受更改日期。建議您出發日前 3 日內如須改期,可將名額轉讓。但請務必告知我們,代理參與者的姓名及聯絡資訊。 If you need to change date of your class 4-6 days before the date you have booked you can change once. After date is changed we do not accept cancellation and 100% is charged and non refundable. 3 days before the date you have booked we do not accept date change. If you need to change within 3 days before the date we reccomend to transfer the class to somebody else who can attend instead.
