Flavors restaurant Our restaurant have been running for more than 10 years. Accordingly to statistics researched by Cornell business school only three out of 100 restaurants ever open survive for ten years or more. The restaurant have even with struggling economic climate in Taiwan 2009, 2012, 2015 managed, adapted, followed trends over the past decade, and created one of the most well respected restaurants in the country. Few restaurants have been featured as much in both local and international media, because a track record of quality and excellence continually and consistent, and being able to maintain the rating of being ranked between 1-6 on Tripadvisor continuously for over 5 years.
Profits have been 25% higher than average due extremely well designed and efficient menu with almost 0% food waste due to an innovative usage of ingredients and cooking and storing techniques, cutting the food costs to an average of 15-18% .
